Booking
How much does an iPhone repair cost?
Choose your iPhone model on the booking page and your repair request and you’ll see how much each repair costs.
How can I make a booking?
Easy. Go to https://www.simpelfix.com/booking, choose your repair request and select your preferred date and time. Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Can I change the booking time and date?
Yes. Without any cancellation costs you can cancel your booking if you do this 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of 49 euro is charged for cancellations within 24 hours of your booking.
I booked a repair for the wrong device?
No worries. You can cancel or edit your booking at any time. However as we order specific parts for your repair booking the wrong device means that our Simpelfix technician cannot complete the repair. Sometimes a technician has spare parts with him. That’s your lucky day. If not we will have to charge you €49 for the visit and make a new booking for your repair.
Can I cancel the repair?
Yes. You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the appointment. Unfortunately we’ll have to charge you €49 if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking time.
Repair
Do I need to reset my iPhone?
Absolutely not. If you work with us you don’t need to reset your iPhone. However we always recommend making a backup of your device.
Do I need to make a backup of my iPhone?
Although it’s very unlikely that your data will be lost we always recommended that you make a backup of your device.
What quality parts do you use?
We find it super important to ensure that your device feels just like new. Therefore we use only the highest quality parts available to us.
Do you only repair iPhones?
Yes. At the moment we only repair iPhones. In some regions we can provide iPad repairs. In case you would like to submit your iPad for a repair please send us a message.
My iPhone is not working. I guess it is not a broken screen or a poor battery, can you help me out?
Currently we focus on screen and battery repairs. These are the most common problems. If you have any other issues, please contact us directly and we will do our best to support you.
How long will it take to repair my iPhone?
A repair will take us 30 to 60 minutes of your time. It depends on the model and the number of services you have requested. Take a coffee and make the most out of your break 😉
Do I need to stay with the technician?
Not at all! That’s the beauty of our service 🙂 You can continue doing anything you like, our technician will inform you once your iPhone is ready.
Will the technician wait if I’m late?
Our technicians will wait 15 minutes and will try to call you. After 15 minutes the technician has to go to the next appointment. We will have to reschedule your appointment and we’ll charge you a €49 cancellation fee.
Payment
How do I pay?
Unfortunately we cannot take cash payments. Once the technician is finished we’ll send you a payment link. All payments are due directly after the repair.
What if my device is not repaired?
If we cannot repair your device you won’t be charged anything. No fix, no fee.
Warranty
What if my screens stops working?
We’ll give you a 12 month warranty on all our repairs. If anything is wrong we will do everything to get it solved.
What is covered by the warranty?
Your warranty covers anything that can be caused by a faulty part. It does not include second repairs due to breaking your phone.
What should I do if I need to use the warranty?
Contact us by email or phone. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What will happen to my Apple warranty?
We are not an official Apple certified partner. This means that you will not be covered by Apple warranty (only valid 1st year on new devices).
Not being an official partner allows us to charge you far less and offer you the same quality of repairs. Your repairs are covered by our 12 month warranty program.
